I spent way too much on this machine. 1/4 of the pods that came are unlabeled. The first pod I tried had froze at a tilt and wouldn’t work in the machine at all and the second one I tried this machine was horrifically loud, I was just hoping the neighbors weren’t coming over. I tried a number of times to email customer service and got no answer. This survey request came today and said at the bottom in the fine print to reply to that email if I hadn’t gotten it yet so I thought finally a way I can get an answer. The email came back as undeliverable. I was being patient before I filled a dispute on my credit card but no need to wait any longer.

Purchased these thinking they were super tiny (as pictured) like the ones you typically find in ice cream, instead each bag had 4 standard size peanut butter cups. Reached out to support but haven’t heard back yet.
